She actually had a breast REDUCTION…

These are pretty common scars for this type of surgery. I never want a girl to get a breast reduction, but I do understand that big heavy breasts cause major back pain for some girls.

Look at those ugly scars she has!
That is how NoT to do a breast enlargement.
So the picture shouldn`t be called big boobs by the water, no it should be called big boobs with scars.
